Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Wills and Probate

As executor of my deceased wife's estate I have entered into tobacco litigation due to her death resulting from COPD. I have remarried and have 2 children by my deceased wife. In the event of my death, how do I assure that my current wife and 2 children share equally in any awards resulting from the tobacco litigation ?
