Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

Employer refuses light duty

I have been on TTD since the end of July. I fell at work and broke my ankle and leg. My surgeon has cleared me for light duty however I work as a restaurant manager and my employer has said there is nothing I can do with the restrictions given by my surgeon. (ie-no standing or walking for more than 1 hour) Does workers comp continue with full benefits since my employer can not meet my restrictions? What do I need to do next? Thank you for your attention.
