Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I was hurt at work as a result I have 2 slipped disk and a pinched nerve the workers

Comp doctor said it was a old injury and sent me to physical threapy wich did not help

He then sent me for a epedural shot just got 1 the pain manager doctor said I needed

More but workers comp denied it. So I went to ime doctor who showed me were the old

Injury was and were the new one was I have been in pain for 6 months and now I was fired

From my job because of work peformance can I sue the workers comp dock for mis diagnoses

Or my employer for firing me.

You cannot sue for misdiagnosis. You can pursue a worker's compensation claim. Seek legal help from an attorney in your area. The employer can terminate you unless you had a contract. Poor performance is a valid reason for termination. You really should have had an attorney earlier so you could prepare yourself for this occurring.
