In a workers comp case where information suggesting fraud on the part of the plaintiff has been submitted to the insurenace company, and the case moved to trial. Is there a time line for the insureance company to investigate before a trial date is set? Or is the tiral date set before hand and the insureance company has until that time to conclude their investigation? Does the court give the insureance company a cerain amount of time to conclude their investigation?
