Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

workers comp/light duty/benefits?

My company just ''laid me off''. My next dr.'s appt is 10 days away. I'm still getting a paycheck thru insurance company. Dr. placed me on light duty well before termination. Will insurance comapny still pay medical and send me paycheck after loss of job?

You should continue receving medical benefits as long as the case remains open. The workers' comp checks should be sent to you until you reach overall MMI (maximum medical improvement).
