Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia

i worked for a company for 10 years as a subcontractor(1099). But I had a schedule,ran the office. Never got any benefits(insurance,sick days off. Should I do something now against the company.

Do what? Did you get paid for your contract work as agreed? If you, you need to provide much more information about what you are asking about. Certainly you understand that a company can decide what benefits to provide, or provide none at all.

Do what?

Did they fail to pay you?

You can complain to the IRS if you feel they misclassified you but that simply affects social security withholding.

Otherwise, if you are unhappy, work for someone else.
