Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia
I receive a letter from my bank stating that they are closing my account due to counterfit deposit? Do i need a lawery?

Since that is a felony, and the bank took a severe step, I would suspect you could face prison (or at least be at risk). I'd see a criminal lawyer ASAP.
