Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

... if a company has gone through the courts and received a judgement for a customer to pay their outstanding account and you have a consent judgement also, can this customer include the bad debt on his bankruptcy and not pay the balance due?

A person who filed for protection under the bankruptcy code, must include all debts that they have at the time of filing.

All debt and assets are "included." What happens after that depends on several other details. Your BR lawyer will explain it.
