Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I have a customer whom purchased a service from me, then after completion of my services, customer reversed credit card transaction. Thus stealing my services, putting my account in a negative state. Is this a criminal or civil case?

As you know you can dispute the dispute through your bank. If that fails, you can file a civil suit. If the amount is not large, file it pro se in magistrate court.
