Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
In-House Financing
Greetings... We own two automotive repair facilities, soon to be three, and are interested in establishing an in-house financing program.
I'm sure this is a dumb question, but I'm not even sure about the type of attorney that can help us with this.
Thanks for any help!

Re: In-House Financing
I could certainly answer some general corporate questions regarding your business, but you may need to speak to a banking/finance attorney if you are going to be providing loans.
If you would like to discuss any issues further, please feel free to contact my office. My contact information is below. Thank you.
The foregoing is general information only, not specific legal advice. No attorney/client relation has been created or should be implied.
Re: In-House Financing
I think that you should first consult with your banker about the possible arrangements. Then, based on your banker's advice, consult with a local attorney.
