Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I have to prepare a statement for an arbitration.If a check service had an employee that have wrongfully removed and sold consimer my personal information. What legal rights do I have or what will I need to present in order to get the max amount of the settlement capped?

Not to be harsh, but your post is completely incoherent. If you have a matter where you are being sued and can't word a simple question here in a manner where we even know you what you are asking, it would be extremely dangerous to prepare any document on your own and you have to get a lawyer.
