Can you sue a county if the inmate gets pregnant while incarcerated?

It depends. Who impregnated the inmate -- a gov't official, like a guard? Does the county run the jail? The operation of some jails is outsourced to private companies to save local governments money. You would need to provide a lot more facts to get a more specific answer than this.

I STRONGLY recommend that you consult a criminal defense or civil rights attorney to discuss the specifics of your case and your legal options. If you cannot afford an attorney, there are non-profit legal groups out there that may be able to help you if you qualify.
