I am a victim thats being prosecuted

six months ago i moved from dallas,tx to marietta,ga to marry a women that i grew up with.within a six month period ipurchase a engagement ring for her valued at $18.000, at the time she was in the process of getting a divorce so i loan her a additional $10.000 to cover her legal expenses ,after meeting with attorney she decided that she did not want to marry me because she did not want to give up her spouse support ,so i ask for my ring back.she refused .she would not anwser my phone call when i called her .so i started calling her on her job regularly asking for my property back .she then had her co worker to call the police to say that i threten her which is un true anyway a warrant was issued for my arrest and i was arrested for making terroist threat ,while in jail i was ordreed to signed a peace bond stating that i will not contact the person who have cheated me .can i get my money and ring had back ,? can i be prosecuted base upon what a person said ,i said

It may be possible to sue for and get your ring and/or money back. However, you will need to consult with an attorney as to the best course of action. Good luck.
