Legal Question in Technology Law in Georgia

Recording webcams without consent or knowledge

I allowed someone to view my webcam. I did some embarrassing things. The other person recorded me without my knowledge or consent and is planning to distribute the video on the internet. I did not give consent and I did not know I was being recorded (I only thought I was being watched). Was it illegal for the person to record me and is there anything I can do to stop the potential distribution? If so, what is the law that protects my right to privacy in this case and/or can give me the power to act at this point to stop the person?
