Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Georgia

I had an officer pull me over for suspended driver liscence he said he remembered they was suspened. Does he have the right to do that not knowing if I did or did not have them?

You said in your first sentence he said he remembered your license was suspended. Was he correct? You left out that small detail (and likely that answers your question).
