If your airbag failed to inflate during a serious accident and someone is injure
If the airbag in your anutomobile failed to inflate during a serious accident and someone is injured, does the product maker have in liability to the injured party?

Without knowing more, it is hard to say for sure, but my initial thought is that there is most definitely liability. Contact a local attorney experienced in products liability.
