Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
My fiance and I are getting married in November and we are having problems with the flower shop hired to do the flowers for the wedding. One of the co-owners/designers who we had been told would be responsible for the design and layout for our wedding has been fired, so we want our money back excluding the deposit. The other owners want to still do the wedding but we have not met them until now and basically they have told us they are broke so they can pay us back , what do we do?
