if walmart offers a buy one get one ad match can they charge you more for the second item

Your question is very unclear. I think you are asking if a store advertises price matches can you get more than one item at the lower price. That depends on the language in the ad, but more stores limit quantities to one. Since you have the ad and we don't there's no way to answer you.

I agree, there is not enough information to answer your questions. Basically, as long as the store adheres to the advertisment, then they have done nothing wrong. Read the fine print, since the confusion often occurs with size, quantity, etc
