civil suit
how would i go about filing a civil suit againist a family member that use my name to purchase a mobile home. Which i thought i co sign for but now the signitures where switched around to relect me as the buyer and not a co signer.

Go to small claims if it is under the limit of the county - the forms are somewhat self-explanatory. However, for more money or to undo transactions, you need a lawyer. It isn't something that can be explained. I will note that purchasers are often in a better position that co-signers, who have all the liability and none of the ownership rights. You may be better off. Work it out. Family fights in court are not good.
