Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Im about to take a client I did work for to small claims.

He basically just hasnt paid his invoice. He is also an LLC.

My question- is this a claim on note or a claim on accounts?

A claim on a note would be like a claim on a promissory note. An account might be like a credit card. You are not suing on either of these things. However, if you supplied him with goods or services, it might be an account. To be safe, I would choose "other" and indicate that this is suit for work that was performed. Did the LLC hire you? Then you have to sue the LLC in the county where it maintains an office. If the defendant hired you to perform work at his house for example and it was for a personal, then you sue the defendant in the county where he resides as a person and not the LLC.
