Garnishment and levy on bank account

If a creditor gets a judgement against my husband whar is the highest percentage of his weekly pay the can get on a garnishment? If the judgement is against my husband and I have a savings account in my name only can they get any of that?

Usually it wil be 25% of his after-tax income. An account solely in your name is usually safe.
