In Georgia, if a consent judgement is granted against a defendant, the defendant has no income, and the defendant gets married a few months later, can the new spouse with income be liable for making the judgement payments?

You should watch out for joint bank accounts. They may attempt to place a lien against a joint bank account in your name and your new spouse's name. To protect the new spouse, you should no have joint assets.
