Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

I had a writ of fieri facias served but I was never notified of a court date or served any papers prior to this. How can I fight this judgement once it's been filed?

No one here knows anything about the case, or any reasons you could fight the judgment. Even if there was a problem with the judgment, would you ultimately lose the case anyway. You need to see a lawyer and take the paperwork.

To win a judgment, your creditor had to have sued you. If you moved or evaded service that may have been by publication.

You need to go to the court, get a copy of the whole case, and have a lawyer review it, You may or may not have remedies now.
