Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

my boyfriend is charged with aggravated assault. his ex girlfriend said he tazered her when he didnt. she pressed charges and had him arrested. but then turned around and signed affidavits saying that what she said happened on the origional report did not happen. she has threatened to change her testimony if he does not do the things she wants him to do and has in the past beaten him up. and still does if given the oppertunity. now, he has a lawyer but i dont think his lawyer knows what hes doing fully, and i would like to see if there is anything we can do as far as getting a restraining order on her or sending her to jail or anything like that just to get this all to stop. any advice would be very helpful.

He has a lawyer - that is who he discusses his case with. If he does not like that lawyer, he can get another one.
