Double jeopardy in identity fraud

How does the double jeopardy law work in reguards to financial identity fraud? If there were say 4 credit cards opened up in someone else's name is it considered one count?

Double Jeopardy applies based on whether or not certain offenses were part of the same "criminal transaction". Without more information about the facts, it would be impossible to tell you whether Jeopardy might attach in any of these instances.
