Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I sent a girl at school a number to text messages using an app for the iPhone. She went to the cops to file a report cause she thinks it wasn't me but someone else. If this is traced back to me what charges are there?

Why would the girl go to the cops just because she "thought" it was someone else texting her? You left out what was in your text messages. If charges are brought against you I suggest retaining an attorney.

Keep my office number handy. You will probably need it.

You certainly can't expect a response if you don't even tell us what the messages are. You probably should not post incriminating evidence on the internet anyway so that was probably a good decision. If you are looking for a response that you have nothing to worry about by lawyers who don't know what you really did it would not help you anyway (and you won't get it).
