Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Idenity theft and forgery
My ex boyfriend co signed for me a student loan and now he is claiming that i forgerd his signture and he never saw a dime of the money and claiming that i stole his idenity. Help I have both copies of the loan request and the information he had to provide. He still is claiming he didn't sign the papers now that the loan is in default.Help

You may need to have a questioned document examiner inspect the document at issue and an exemplar of his signature for comparison.
