Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

Intent to distrubute, possesion, firearm....

If the police stop you because someone called in and told them that they thought that you where selling drugs out of that vehicle, is that reasonable cause for a traffic stop? And can the police be made to produce that person at trail? What are the sentances for trafficing of cocaine in GA? Any advice would be appreciated. 1st time offender.

My name is Larry Kohn, you can see my website at criminaldefenseadvice.com. Police only need a legal reason to stop you. They will need to show who the tipster was and was the tip corroborated? (did the tip give a good indication that criminal activity was taking place.) Trafficking is really serious it carries anywhere from 5-30 years in jail. However, a lot depends on the county, your record, and the facts of the case. Give me a call at 404-250-1113
