Marijuana
What type of charge or fine will you receive if you are arrested for possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce? Felony or misdormeanor? What do you do when they do not read you your rights and search your vehicle without cause?

If misdemeanor 12 mos. in jail and 1000 fine + a license suspension for 180 days. Please call me at 404-250-1113 to discuss the case further. We may be able to keep this off your record, or even suppress any drugs that were found.
