Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

posting of photo on websight without permission

My son had played in a band. He no longer plays with the band. The band leader has had their booking agent post the group picture on a web sight. I sent an--name removed--mail to the booking agent asking her to remove my son from the web sight. She has refused to do so. What legal action can br taken on this?
