Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Ripped Off Online
To make a long story short, I have been taken in by a guy online whom I thought I knew. Deposited $750 (cash, as didn't want him to have access to my account info) into a bank account for him. Have the receipt of my withdrawl from my account at 1:38pm on 10/31, and the deposit slip to his account at 1:47 pm the same day. Have since found out he's not who he claims to be. Any recourse?
Thanks.
