Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
warrants, criminal searches
where can you find out if you have a warrant in another jurisdiction? we posted an extradiction bond today for a friend and they are holding him, saying there is another hold on him from the same state, but anther jurisdiction... by it being the weekend we can't get any information, and are wondering if there is any place on line we can do a search... pleae advise...

Your best chance is to find out from the defendant himself...There is no public access to warrants. He can give you some ideas, and then you can call the police dept in that city.
