Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

A couple of years ago I received a racially charged email from my boss. The email contained a picture of four Latino men, sitting on the entrance of a house a couple of them without a shirt, the heading of the picture included my name along with the names of other hree co workers, I kept acopy of that particular email. Since that point on the relationship between my boss and me became very problematic, we seem to argue all the time, at the moment I decided to move on with my life and look for another employment opportunity. Question, can anyone tell me if, there's a base for legal action against the employer?

Most likely not, unless something else happened since then to raise a claim. Your post also indicates that you did not consider it as offensive discrimination at the time, and instead held it for two years to use as ammunition to use against the boss for something else.
