Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

I feel my son is being discriminated by his head football coach because of his size. He is a senior and has been playing football for years as a nose guard. He started on the junior varsity team last year. His defense line coach had him as starting. The head coach said that he can't start him because he's is too small. The defense line coach told him yesterday that it is hurting him to heart that he can't give him any playing time and it's really not his decision, it was the head coach decision. My son is stronger than anyone on the front line and faster than anyone one the front line. I have him on films so they can't say that he's not making any plays. He was told he did great at defense this summer. At the games the defense line coach will tell him to go in and head coach will pull him out and put a freshmen in front him. I am not asking them to start him. Do you think I have a size discrimination case?

Sorry, but no, there is no size discrimination law.

Of course there is no "discrimination" lawsuit merely because a parent shockingly believes his/her child deserves more playing time in sports. These spats have no business tying up courts.
