Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

Reverse Discrimination

I believe I work at a company that plays into favortism and discrimination based on race. I am a white female age 32, I have been passed up for 4 positions, all in which African Americans were hired with less quualifications according to their posted resumes and a tool that we use to sort qualifications. 2 managers that have a track record of hiring all blacks, and or hiring employees because of their former tour in Iraq, again with no hands on experience of what they would be doing here, one employee that lives with the 'big boss'' was chosen over me as well. No hiring processes, they post but hire someone who they favor even those less qualifiaction. My question is what are the discriminatory Laws in the state of GA and do I have enough solid facts to have a case. Oh by the way, one employee that got pregnant while in IRAQ was sent back here, a job was created for her instead of terminating her like they did two other former employees that got pregnant while under contract in IRAQ. What gives?? Let mek now if you can help.

Re: Reverse Discrimination

If you believe that you have been discriminated against because of your race, then you should file an EEOC charge of discrimination. 1.800.669.4000
