Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

I was told you could leave your parents house at the age of 17, but can't be kicked out. And your parents will still be responsible for your actions. Also that you would not be forced to return. I was wondering does that still apply if I'm 17 and is in foster care? Or is that just for kids who actually live with their parents?

You heard wrong. You are an adult at 18. That is the day you can move with no legal consequences.
