Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

I work in an office where I'm the only black woman and the rest of the staff are 4 white women, 1 white man and 1 black man. My supervisor told me that the reason why I was transferred to this department is that he has a lot of clerical work for me to do. Here it is 8 months later and I come in to work everyday without any work assigned to me. I have absolutely no work to do and I have asked my supervisor to be moved because I have no work to do. He apologized to me for not having any work to do. My coworkers especially this old white lady that sits in the cube next to me and the white lady across from her are always having conversations about me and calling me lazy when they knew from the beginning that I did not have any work to do. I constantly hear these people calling me lazy. This old lady also constantly accuses me of doing things that I did not do. This old lady also thinks that she can make sarcastic and negative remarks towards me and I'm not suppose to say anything to her. I honestly feel that she is a racists. I talked to the supervisor about this lady and she feels that because she is the senior employee, that everyone is suppose to look up to her. The reason why I writing is because I wanted to know there is anything that I can do because I have been documenting the incidents that have been going on in that office since I got transferred there. I honestly believe that by not giving me any work to do that it's stopping me from learning the skills that I need in order to be promoted. I complained to my supervisor and the director knows what is going on but yet takes no action. Is there anything that I can do because I want to sue them for the harrassment and the racism.

What racism? You do not mention a single thing anyone has said or done to you that has any hint of racism (beyond the fact you are black). Being a minority and treated poorly does not necessarily lead to the conclusion you are a victim of racism and an opportunity to sue and collect money. Maybe it is. Maybe a couple people are just jerks. You will need a lot more than you have provided here.
