DUI administrative hearing

If an officer fails to appear at an administrative hearing in GA and the case is in default can your license still be suspended at at later time? This is for a non-resident license.

Re: DUI administrative hearing

If the officer fails to show up at the ALS hearing, your license is not suspended at that time. However, it can still be suspended with a plea or conviction.
