my friend was caught DWI with pot and now needs a temp licences. Does the state of georgia give tenp driving permit after getting caught driving under the infulance of pot. If so where can i find that law on the internet.

If this is the first DUI/DWI offense, your friend is eligible for an Affidavit of First Conviction which can be taken to the DMV for a work/school permit.
