Legal Question in DUI Law in Georgia

dui and possession of cocaine

what will happen at my husbands arraignment? He was pulled over on a dirt road for failing to use a turn signal. When asked if he had been drinking he said yes. State trooper then came back to the truck and found a baggy with less than a pinkie fingernail of cocaine in it. The state trooper asked my husband if he would submit to a piss test. My husband stated he would submit to a breath test. He was taken in and out on bond the next day. The sherriff told us not to worry about the charges and I posted bond. What will happen next?

Re: dui and possession of cocaine

He will formally be read his charges at the arraignment and asked whether he wants to plead guilty or not guilty. If he isn't already represented by an attorney, he should probably get one.
