Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Abuse

I am married an have 2 kids. My husband id emotionally abusive, disconnected and throws things. He has kicked in doors and thrown soup at me. He calls me names in front of the kids and I want a way out. The problem is I have no lisence, car or job, and if I do leave I have no where to go. Will he have to pay the bills for the home I am in now as well as child support? How do I go about legally having him put out of the home without him going to jail?
