Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Add suffix to name

My husband's son's name is Jr. on his birth certificate but I don't legally use Sr. on my name but I need to so their names don't get confused later. Right now there has not been an issue. So what can he do?

Even though it hasn't been a problem it may be a problem when the son starts incurring debts or buying property. Your husband should notify everyone he can that he is "___________, Sr."
