At what age is it legal for a person to move out of their parents house?

At what age is it legal for a person to move out of their person's house in the state of Georgia?

Age 17. At taht age you are free from the Runaway statute. But remember at that age you are also emacipated and mommy and daddy are no longer responsible for you if you do move out. At age 17 its a tough and cruel world. Best legal advice, stay at home at least until you finish highschool.
