Alimony

As a general rule in Ga what are the grounds for having to pay alimony? Does Ga still have an alimony law?

Georgia allows alimony. It's somewhat rare, but still happens, mainly in cases where there are long marriages, a disparity in income, or unusual needs. It's up to the court. The law provides no specific guidelines.
