Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have custody of my daughter but she wants to go live with her father. Is there a paper we can write up legally without having to go back to court with lawyers to see a judge?

No. Custody can only be changed by a court order. If both parties consent, that will lower the cost. Nothing you write that is not approved by a judge has any legal effect.
