Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Help with Daughter

My ex wife has not gone by one single court order regarding the relationship between me and my daughter. I've taken her to court several times and each time a new court order is made and she never goes by it. I don't have the money to keep taking her back to court in HOPES of the judge actually doing something about it. Are there any criminal charges I can bring against her? Thank you for your help.

Re: Help with Daughter

I don't know of any criminal charges. All I can suggest is to keep bringing her before the judge, who, in my experience, will at some point say "enough". Consult with a local attorney.
