Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I got divorced in ohio,we have a daughter, now I have moved back to ga to be closer to my family,he'd says I can be locked up and fined for this. There is nothing in the divorce papers that say I can't move.I had a lawyer in ohio who sent my ex papers certified saying I was moving,he never signed for the paper. Can I be in trouble for this.I plan on having my case moved to ga after I have been here the 90 days.

You can't "move your case" to Georgia after 90 days. As for your other questions, I'd ask your Ohio attorney.
