Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

A family member bought a house for me and my family and the house was put in my name. The title is in my name. Is there anything that family member can do to make me move out if the house is titled to me?

If you are the only person on the title then no, the residence is legally yours and no one can make you move. If the other family member remained on the title jointly with you, you don't have to move but it presents other issues. In that case I would speak to an attorney.
