If I file for an annulment in the State of Georgia under the grounds of fraud in the inducement, will my spouse have any criminal consequences once I file?

Getting an annulment granted for fraud is extremely rare. Before trying something that complex, and it is not a do it yourself project, see a lawyer.
We're very close to where you are and handle such cases. Even if you want an annulment, since that may get denied, you would want to file for a case with two alternative forms of relief, annulment and divorce requested (and there is no form that exists for that). Call us at 404-768-3509.
