Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If my husband( we have been sperated for over 2 years) has moved out of state and has no contact with our 2 children. Can I moved out of state to find a job or do I need his permission?

Absent a divorce decree or custody decree to the contrary you and he can go anywhere you want. Bear in mind that teh move may affect where a case is heard, and a judge could second guess you, so you should be hiring a lawyer before the move to address the divorce and supportcase that seems about two years overdue.
